If your webcam is not showing up in Zoom, please try the steps below:
In Zoom, click on the Home button on the bottom then the Settings button in the top right. In the resulting window, click on Video. You will then have a drop down list of available webcams. If your webcam is selected (or is the only one) and you can see your video where the black box is, then your webcam is working correctly.
If you select your webcam and the window is still blacked out (and nothing is covering your webcam) or you have no option there, please submit a screenshot in a ticket or email email@example.com.
