If you can't login to Canvas, please note that you need to use your email address as the username. For example, if your login is BobSmith then your email is BobSmith@idahoidea.org.

If for some reason you are getting an error about not being able to reach the page, please try the following:

First, try holding the Windows key on your keyboard and press R:

Type in "cmd" (without quotes) and click on OK.

In the black window that comes up, type in "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes" and press enter on your keyboard. 

If the above doesn't work, you can try power cycling your Modem / Router. Power cycling is removing the power cable from the device and leaving it unplugged for 30 seconds before plugging it in again.
